PE/PP Film Recycling and Pelletizing Line is (PE/PP) recycling and pelleting production line. It can recycle bottle, flake, board, film and sheet.

We have designed unique palletizing recycle production unit, which can recycle and produce final grain in succession. It can make granules in advance through chip storehouse, thus improve the density of piling up of supplies and discharge the moisture under fine temperature control.

The main machinery uses high torque drive case, effective screw association, and good dewater system to control the density. It can be used for recycling plastic films.

Main machine includes:
1) 1 set of belt conveyer
2) 1 set of wet granulating machine
3) 1 set of friction washing machine
4) 1 set of sink and swim tank
5) 1 set of mechanical drying machine
6) 1 set of thermal drying system
7) 1 set of filling silo
8) 1 set of electric control cabinet.
